After some arguments, matter has been settled between the parties for a sum of Rs. 1.25 lacs.

Counsel for the appellant states that two FDRs in the sum of Rs. 1 lac and 25,000/- has been deposited in this Commission.

It is stated that since the matter has been settled, those FDRs be released in favour of respondent.

Respondent states that he has no objection if the impugned order is modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

Since the parties have arrived at a settlement, the impugned order stands modified in terms of settlement between the parties.

FDRs deposited in this Commission along with interest be released in favour of respondent after completion of formalities.
