            Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. However perusal of the record shows that complainant is resident of Dabri which comes under the jurisdiction of South-West District. In our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable on ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court/ Commission. Limitation, if any be condoned of in the interest of justice for proper adjudication of this matter.
