The case has been called out for hearing the second time.  Still, no one appears for the Petitioner.  We find from the record that right from 26.07.2016, the case is being adjourned at the request of the Petitioner either on the ground of the Counsel not being ready or for production of literature with regard to the period about the germination of Soya seeds.  As a matter of fact, vide order dated 13.01.2017, last opportunity was granted to the Petitioner to place on record the literature on the said point and thereafter, vide order dated 17.03.2017, one more opportunity was granted for the said purpose.  Despite all the said opportunities, the relevant literature has still not been placed on record.

Under the circumstances, we are constrained to dismiss the Revision Petition for non-prosecution as well as in default.  Ordered accordingly.
