            Complainant and opposite parties present. Matter settled in the adalat.  As per settlement the complainant is ready to pay the entire  outstanding instalment due and the opposite parties  are ready to waive `7000/- from the AFC at the time of closing the loan.  Today the complainant paid `36,330/-.  Future instalment will be paid as per EMI. Hence the complaint is dismissed as settled.
