          None appeared for the parties on 07-05-2018 and 26-10-2018. None appeared for the parties today also. Thus it is apparent that none appeared for the appellant to press delay condonation application as well as appeal for three consecutive dates.

The impugned order is dated 26-12-2007 and the free certified copy of impugned judgment has been provided to appellant on 06-02-2008 whereas appeal has been filed on 03-01-2017 after approximately nine years.

In view of above delay condonation application is rejected in default of appellant and appeal is not entertained due to bar of limitation.
