                           Heard learned counsel for the Revision Petitioner. He challenged the order of the learned District Commission,Dhenkanal passed in Execution Application No.04/2023 on 25.04.2023. According to him  he is ready to produce the vehicle but he seeks protection  of this Commission while delivering the vehicle. He apprehends that the petitioner may face some disturbance by  the DHr because  he is not the original borrower. So, he submitted to revise the order by directing  the DHr to come with all identity proof and submit the dues as per the order of the learned District Commission regarding receiving  of   the vehicle.

                   Considered the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner, perused  the impugned order.

                  We are not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned District Commission. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to submit all these facts as   submitted above before the learned District Commission who would hear the matter and pass a speaking order within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned District Commission,Dhenkanal on 22.05.2023 to take further instruction.

                  The revision petition is disposed of accordingly.
