A joint compromise petition has been filed by complainant and Opposite party of this case. As per petition good sense has been prevailed between the parties and both have agreed to abide terms and conditions for payment by O.P in this case.

On perusal of case records, it appears that complainant Santosh kumar sahu has filed instant Case against O.P Ajay jha for not paying cheque amount of Rs 14000/ (fourteen thousand) along with interest by the O.P.

Today compromise petition has been filed in this case and it has also been agreed by both the parties that whatever terms and conditions will be fixed by the court, both will abide.

OP has issued cheque on 30/10/2018 in favor of complainant for paying Rs 14000/ (fourteen thousand) only. Cheque was presented by the complainant in the concerned bank and the same has been dishonored along with return memo showing insufficient fund. Since both parties have aside at compromise in this case, so keeping view, above facts and circumstances we are of the view that complainant should be awarded cheques amount well as interest there on till date and accordingly OP is directed to pay Rs 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) only to complainant in two installments and on the request of the O.P first installment will be paid by him on 28/02/2022 and second installment on 28/03/2022 failing which complainant will be at liberty to take appropriate legal action against up posited party in the result case is disposed of on the basis of above facts circumstances. Office is directed to conscience the record after full payment of the awarded money.
