3.       The Oriental Insurance Company Limited, 2nd Floor, D.J. House Wilson Pen,           Compound, Old Nagardas Road, Near Subway, Andheri (East), Mumbai    (Maharashtra) through its authorized signatory.

Present:-      Shri Shakar Nath Shukla, Complainant.     

                    None for OP No.1(Evidence closed vide order dated 02.08.2023).

                   OPs No.2 & 3 already ex-parte vide order dated 03.10.2019.  

 

                   The present complaint is fixed for 22.11.2023, but it is taken up today, on an application moved by the Complainant, seeking permission to withdraw the present case.

                   The Complainant, by making a separate statement, states that he does not want to pursue with the present complaint as the matter has been amicably settled with the OPs; hence, he withdraws the present complaint, being fully satisfied.                      

                   Heard. In view of the statement made by the Complainant, the present complaint is hereby ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied.

                   A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be consigned to the record room, after due compliance.
