ORDER

The complainant is absent and he has been so absent just after filing of the complainant on 13/09/2007 . The complainant was admitted on 20/08/2008 , thereafter the case has been coming for filing requisites by the complainant for notice to the Op . Inspite of sufficient opportunity being the complainant failed to file proper requisites.

                          Under these circumstances the members are of the opinion that the conduct of the complainant is not making proper pairvi and not  filing necessary requisites tend to lead the inference that he is interested in the prosecution of this case . Hence the Forum had decided to dismiss it for non-compliance of the requisites . It is accordingly dismissed .
