                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last and final opportunity. Case called several times since morning but today none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.30 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.30 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The complainant has already availed various effective opportunities including three last opportunities and on the previous two dates, a clear direction was given that in case evidence is not present on the next date of hearing, same shall be deemed to be closed by order. However, as mentioned above today neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared  It appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with the present complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
