ORDER

 

                        Today matter is listed for arguments on admission. In our considered opinion present complaint is not maintainable on ground of lack of territorial jurisdiction. Hence the complaint is dismissed under section 34 (2) of the Consumer Protection Act being not maintainable before this Commission. Complainant is at liberty to file the same before appropriate Court/ Commission. Limitation, if any be condoned off in the interest of justice for proper adjudication of this matter.
