It further appears from the order sheet that the Complainant is absent since 10/08/2007 without taking any step and opportunities was given on 24/09/2007 and 19/11/2007 to appear and proceed with the case.

It seems to us that the Complainant is not interested to proceed with the case and it is need less to drag the case.
