The complainant is absent since long. A notice was sent to the complainant on his address mentioned in the complaint petition which returned back with an endorsement by the postal department that “ Addressee decased “ In such situation best efforts made by this commission, complainant appearance could not be processed due to his death .

               Hence this commission has got no option rather to drop this case .

Accordingly the proceeding of this case is dropped . Office is directed to keep the record in the record room.
