                  Both parties present and heard. Learned Counsel for Opposite Party has mentioned that the company has agreed to waive off the entire amount of the mobile internet usage (GPRS) which was billed upon the Complainant and the Complainant has to pay only the bills related to voice calls.

                  Heard the Complainant who agrees with the proposal of the company and has informed that he has already paid the bills for the voice calls.

                  That been the case, this case is disposed off with a diretion to the company/Opposite Party that they will settle and modify the bills accordingly as been agreed upon before this Forum and will not levy any charges on the Complainant on the amount of GPRS usage unless specifically demanded and activated by the Complainant.

                  The Opposite Party to report Compliance to this forum within 15 days of this order.

                 Case disposed off.
