Deepanshu vs. Airtel Store.

 

Present:        Sh.Gulshan Rai Kapoor, Adv. for petitioner.

 

                   Execution petition presented before the registry of this Commission on 30.5.2024 and put up before this Commission on on the basis of application filed by the petitioner. It is hereby ordered to be registered against the registration number already allotted by the registry of this Commission. 

                  Keeping in view the statement suffered by the counsel for the petitioner, record of the present execution petition is hereby ordered to be consigned to the records, treating it fully satisfied.  The official concerned who is officiating as Reader is directed to make necessary entery in the relevant register and system with regard to disposal of the execution petition on today i.e. 31.5.2024, instead of 3.6.2024.
