AWARD

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 02.05.2024, Sh.Sanjiv Pabbi, Counsel for OP has stated that the matter has been settled between the parties and as per settlement, bill amount of Rs.1419.39 paise, issued to the complainant, will be waived off by OP within a period of 30 days from 02.05.2024. It has been further stated by counsel for OP that cheque for an amount of Rs.3500/- bearing cheque No.464998 dated 02.05.2024 drawn on State Bank of India in favour of complainant has been handed over to the complainant in full and final settlement of the present matter. Vide his separate statement recorded on 02.05.2024, Sh.Sandeep Chowdhry, Complainant in person has admitted the aforesaid statement of counsel for OP and prayed that the complaint be disposed of in terms of aforesaid settlement in National Lok Adalat.

     In view of the statements made by counsel for OP and complainant in person, the complaint is disposed of as settled. The parties shall be bound by their statements made on 02.05.2024. The award is accordingly passed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
