Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 15.02.2021. Complainant is not appearing from past several dates of hearing i.e. 20.12.2021, 25.08.2022, 27.03.2023. Complainant has also not taken steps directed to him vide order dated 27.03.2023. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
