Complainant is present. OPs are represented by learned counsel and filed a petition No.278/17 dated 23-05-17 along with a Memorandum of Settlement. Seen the petition. Heard both the parties. Perused the record. Learned counsel for both the parties stated that they have amicably settled the matter out of the court through Memorandum of Settlement containing all the terms and conditions of settlement. Further, the complainant through petition No.278/17 agreed to withdraw the case against all the OPs as per terms and conditions of the Memorandum of Settlement.

Considering the above fact and also considering the Memorandum of Settlement  as the complainant is willing to withdraw the case the petition is allowed and the case is allowed to be withdrawn against all the OPs.

This case is disposed of on withdrawal.

Later on OPs filed a pt. No.284/17 with prayer to issue certified copy of the above order. Seen the pt. which is allowed.
