                   Learned counsel for the complainant made a statement that he has received a DD No. 342683 dated 29.03.2019 amounting to Rs. 8000/- from the opposite party, so, he does not want to pursue with the present complaint further and requested that the same may be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. His statement has been recorded separately in this regard.

                   Keeping in view the statement made by the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                   File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
