ORDER

     In compliance with the notice/order dated 15.05.2020 & 29.05.2020 of the Hon’ble State Commission, U.T. Chandigarh, case taken up through video conferencing due to outbreak of COVID-19 & measures to control it, as per Standard Operating Procedure framed by Hon’ble State Commission.

     The contents of the consumer complaint were not supported by an affidavit and even the title of the parties not mentioned and only one set of paper book was received. Therefore, contactless notice was issued to the complainant. Complainant put in appearance and prayed that he may kindly be permitted to withdraw this complaint with liberty to file fresh with better particular. E-mail to this effect also received from the complainant and placed on the file. In view of this, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh on the same cause of action with better particulars, as permissible under the law.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
