This appeal has been filed against the order passed by the District Forum, Jaipur 4^th dated 22.3.2017 whereby the Forum below has dismissed the application on the ground that

he has no competence to recall or review the order.

 

Heard the counsel for the appellant and perused the impugned order.

 

A bare perusal of the order goes to show that the original complaint was dismissed. Thereafter the appellant moved an application for review of the order on certain grounds. The Forum below has dismissed the application in view of Sec. 22 sub clause (2) of the C.P.Act.

 

Looking at the above provision the Forum below has rightly dismissed the application. There is no merit in this appeal not worth admission and stands dismissed.
