Perusal of the record shows that complainant has lastly appeared on 13.08.2019. Thereafter no appearance has been entered into by the complainant for several consecutive hearings including today.  In fact Written Arguments did not file by Complainant till date . Commission is not inclined to accommodate to keep it any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for non-appearance, non-prosecution.
