     Ms.Aarushi Garg, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has received demand draft for an amount of Rs.36,835/- bearing draft No.056645 dated 13.06.2024 in favour of complainant Raj Jindal. An e-mail has been received from the counsel for complainants/DHs in view of which she is satisfied with the amount received and wishes to withdraw the present execution application. Accordingly, the execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
