Office report seen. Notice was seved to complainant which was duly served as per report of Ahlmad dated 8.3.2022. The representative of the complaiannt, Mr.Sanjeev Kumar attended this Commission on 8.3.2022 and 28.3.2023. Thereafter none came present. Even today none came present on behalf of complainant despite the complaint has been called number of times since morning. It seems that the complainant is not interested in persuing the present complaint. Therefore, the present complaint is disposed of due to non-prosecution. File be consigned to the record room.
