        Complaint under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. Complaint is filed seeking direction against the opposite party to refund a sum of Rs.23,926/- being the cost of the flight ticket and also to pay a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- for mental agony and to pay cost of the complaint.
