Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant moved an application for putting up the file as the matter has been amicably settled between the parties. In view of request of Ld. counsel for the complainant file is taken up today. Today, Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement:-

Stated that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and the opposite party No. 2 has paid Rs. 1,33,656/- to the complainant as full and final settlement in this case and now nothing is due of the complainant towards the opposite parties. The complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint further and same may be dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. 

          In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn having been compromised. Copy of order be supplied to the parties as per rules. File be consigned to record room.
