             Complainant Shri Ashok Kumar Mittal appeared in person before the court and made a statement that “after the present complaint the opposite party has deposited a sum of Rs. 72797/- in the bank account on 30.8.2022 and in this regard opposite party has sent a message on 30.8.2022 on my mobile and accordingly, I do not want to proceed with the present complaint and want to withdrawn the same”.  Statement to this effect recorded separately. In view of the complainant, complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
