Complaint under Section 35 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Present:  Sh. Sanjay Kumar Rana, counsel for the complainant.

                Sh. Ashwani Kumar Popli, counsel for the OP.

               

         Today the case is fixed for evidence of the OP.

                Learned counsel for the OP has suffered a separate statement that the OP is ready to pay Rs.13,000/- as remaining amount to the complainant within 45 days from the date of receipt of the order.

                 On the other hand, learned counsel for the complainant suffered separate his statement to the effect that the matter has been compromised with the OP. In view of the above statement of learned counsel for the OP, he withdraws the present complaint being compromised.

              In view of the above statements, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. Both parties will bound the statement of their respective counsels. Parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
