ORDER

     Vide his separate statement recorded on 15.02.2024, Sh.Rajesh Verma, Counsel for Complainants/DHs has stated that that he has received draft amounting to Rs.1,84,732/-, bearing draft No.054557 drawn on State Bank of India in favour of Sudha Sharma (Complainant/DH No.1), on behalf of both the complainants/DHs, as settled amount from the counsel for JD and the complainants/DHs does not want to proceed with the present execution application further and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied subject to encashment of aforesaid draft. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainants/DHs, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
