Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party is also present.

It appears from the record that on the date of Upobhokta Lok Adalat the complainant was not present but Ld. Advocate Mr. Zeeshan Rahman appeared on behalf of the complainant before the Upobhokta Lok Adalat and filed vakalatnama along with petition of the complainant praying for disposal of the case. In absence of the complainant the case could not be disposed of by the Upobhokta Lok Adalat.

Today Ld. Advocate for the complainant is present and prays for dismissal of the case as complainant is not interested to proceed with the case any further.

Ld. Advocate for the opposite party submits that Air India Limited has already paid Rs.5,603/- (Rupees five thousand six hundred and three) only to the complainant in terms of compromise.

On submission of both the side, complainant is not inclined to proceed with the case any further.

that the complaint case be and the same is dismissed for non prosecution without cost.
