Complainant present. Opposite party represented. Heard the issue regarding maintainability of the complaint before this Forum. Opposite party has taken a contention that this Forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint since the cause of action of the complaint arose at Mangalore. Upon hearing both sides and on perusal of the entire facts of the case it is clear that the cause of action took place at Mangalore. Therefore this forum has no territorial jurisdiction to entertain this complaint. Hence the complaint is returned to the complainant for filing it before the appropriate Forum having jurisdiction.
