Suo moto advanced the case from 07/12/2020 to this date.  Complainant filed memo stating that the dispute between the complainant and the opposite party settled out of court.  Complainant further submitted that he is not willing to further proceed with this case and sought permission to withdraw the case.  In view of the settlement complainant is permitted to withdraw CC.132/2020 on the file of this Commission.  Hence, the complaint is disposed of accordingly.
