FINAL ORDER

This order is arisen out of an application filed by the Complainant praying for
amendment of the Complaint petition as stated in detail in the said petition.
The said application has been registered as M.A-09 of 2023.
The petition is heard from the Ld. Advocate from the Complainant and a detailed
order is passed today being order No:1, dated 24.11.2023, which be treated as
part of this final order.
Complainant is directed to file the amended version of the complaint within the
period as mentioned in the Order-6 Rule-18 of the C.P.C, 1908, else necessary
order shall be passed as per law.
The next date of the C.C case has been fixed on 07.12.2023.
