                   Learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement that the complainant has received a sum of Rs. 70,000/-  in full and final settlement of all the claims and demands of the complainant in the present complaint and  he does not want to pursue with the present complaint at this stage and withdraw the same.

          In view of the statement of counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.  File be consigned to the record room.
