ORDER

     Counsel for complainant wants to make statement. Recorded and placed on file. Per statement, the complainant has received cheque of an amount of Rs.14,035/- in his favour from accused in compliance with the order dated 13.03.2019 passed by this Forum in CC/175/2018. In view of the statement made by counsel for complainant, the present criminal complaint under Section 27 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986, is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied, subject to realization of aforesaid cheque.

     Certified copy of this order be sent to the complainant free of cost. The file be consigned.
