Present:       Sh.Sandeep Sethi, Advocate for complainant.

                   Sh.Jgatar Singh, Prop. Avi Furnishers/OP1.

      Sh.Deepak Dhingra, Senior Area Business Manager, for Kurl-on

       Kurl-on Ltd./OP2 and OP3.

 

                   Compromised has been effected between the parties. Pursuant to which, Sh.Jgatar Singh, Prop. Avi Furnishers/OP1 and Sh.Deepak Dhingra, Senior Area Business Manager, for Kurl-on-Kurl-on Ltd./OP2 and OP3 has come present and have suffered their joint statement, vide which, they have stated that they have compromised with the complainant and pursuant to which, they have no objection to exchange the mattresses in dispute within one week from today. The guarantee/warranty period of the mattresses will be start from the date of exchange of mattresses.

                   On the other hand, Sh.Sandeep Sethi, Adv. for complainant has suffered a statement that he has heard the statement of OP1 to OP3 and accept the same. In view of their statement, he withdraws the present complaint and the same may kindly be dismissed as compromised.

                   In view of statement suffered by Ld. counsel for complainant, the present complaint stands dismissed as compromised. Parties shall remain bound by their statements. However, OP1 to OP3 are directed to exchange the mattresses in dispute within one week from today, failing which, they shall be liable to pay Rs.1000/- as penalty to the complainant. File be consigned to record room.
