ORAL ORDER

Per – Hon’ble Mr. Justice R. C. Chavan, President

          This complaint was taken out from sine-die list.  Thereafter, notices were issued to both the parties at the instance of Commission.  As per postal acknowledgment receipt on record, notice was duly served to the Complainant.  However, inspite of due service of notice issued by this Commission under RPAD, Complainant chose to remain absent.  It appears that the Complainant has lost his interest in prosecution of this complaint.  This is an old complaint pending since the year 2000.  Since the Complainant is absent today, it is not desirable to prolong the old matter.  Hence, the complaint stands dismissed for want of prosecution. No order as to costs.
