Heard both the sides as to settlement of the matter.

Both the parties have agreed to settle the matter of Rs.1,89,183/- (Rupees One lakh Eighty Nine thousand One hundred and Eighty three) only.  Three DDs bearing Nos. 724039, 724040, 724041 issued in favour of complainant no.1, complainant no.2 and complainant no.3 respectively dated 03.05.2023 for Rs.63,061/- each have been handed over by the OPs to the complainants on 07.06.2023. Receipts are in the record of the case.  A petition annexing photocopy of Deed of Settlement dated 01.06.2023 has been filed for the complainants on 07.06.2023 with the prayer to withdraw the Consumer Complaint in view of the Deed of Settlement arrived at by and between the parties

Hence, the CDF Unit-II, CC No. 474/2018 is settled and disposed of finally though the Upabhokta Lok Adalat.

Let a copy of this order be supplied to both the parties free of cost with proper endorsement.
