Sh.Deepinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant got recorded his statement that the complainant withdrew the present complaint with liberty to file the same before the appropriate Forum/Hon'ble State Commission on the same cause of action and further with liberty of filing the same with consideration of the time period consumed in the present complaint which same may be condoned for the purpose of limitation before the appropriate Forum/Hon'ble State Commission. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant shall be at liberty to file the same after removal of technical defect before the appropriate Forum/Hon'ble State Commission.
