Appellant was not appearing before the Commission since a long time, hence on the earlier date, i.e. 01.11.2022 it was ordered to issue a court notice to the appellant intimating the date of hearing.

The court notice (paper No. 48) has been returned back with the report of Postal Department that the addressee has left his house. 

Because the appellant is not appearing since a long time, hence there is no other option to dismiss the appeal.

A perusal of the impugned judgment has also shown that the District Commission has also dismissed the complaint case.

In the absence of the appellant, the appeal is hereby dismissed. No order as to cost.

File be consigned to the record room alongwith copy of this order.

A copy of the order be sent to the concerned District Commission for perusal and necessary information.
