Today Ld. counsel for the complainant has made the following statement. 

Stated that there is some technical defect in the present complaint as I Withdrawn the present complaint with permission to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action by condoning the limintation period. 

“In view of ibid statement, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn and the complaint is permitted to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action as per rules. The time spent before this district commision shall stand excluded under section in of Limitation Act in the light of the judgement of the Hon’ble Supereme Court in case titled “Lakhsmi Enginering Works Vs. PSG Industrial Institute reported in 1995(3) SCC 583.copy of order will be supplied by the District consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar as per rules file be sent back to the District Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission Amritsar”
