CORRIGENDUM

          The complainant/ applicant has moved an application dated 27.9.2022 for making correction in the order dated 15.9.2022 passed in CC-RBT 788/2017 by alleging that the above titled complaint is decided by this Commission on 15.9.2022. In the said order the name of the complainant has been misspelt as ‘Amandeep Singh’ instead of correct name ‘Amardeep Singh’. The said omission is due to oversight and inadvertence and doesn't effect the basic character of the complaint and otherwise too the pleadings are on the said lines and prayed that necessary correction of name of complainant be made as Amardeep Singh instead of Amandeep Singh.

A bare perusal of the case file shows that the name of complainant has been written in complaint, affidavit as Amardeep Singh, But inadvertently, his name has been typed in final order dated 15.9.2022 as Amandeep Singh instead of Amardeep Singh. It is, therefore, ordered that name of complainant be placed as ‘AMARDEEP SINGH’ instad of ‘AMANDEEP SINGH’. This order may be treated as corrigendum of order in consumer complaint No. RBT 788/2017 decided on 15.9.2022 mentioning the name of complainant as Amardeep Singh in place of Amandeep Singh. This corrective order may please be treated as part and parcel of the final order dated 15.9.2022 and necessary corrigendum be issued. This order be attached with the main complaint. Copy of order will be supplied by District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar to the parties as per rules. File be sent back to the District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Amritsar.
