This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite parties under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act, 1986 praying to refund a sum of Rs.28/- being excess amount charged for the water bottle and to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- towards compensation for unfair trade practice, mental tension and harassment with cost of Rs.15,000/- to the complainant.

Proof Affidavit of the complainant is not filed for a long time to prove the allegations in the complaint.  The complainant called absent for a long time.   Hence, this complaint is dismissed for default.
