                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 25.01.2022 and since 11.10.2022 the complainant has already availed several opportunities including two last opportunities for his evidence but has failed to adduce any evidence and today none has appeared on his behalf. So, it appears that complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
