This case is fixed for today for exploring the possibility of  compromise between the parties on the request of ld. counsel for parties in the “Maha Upbhokta Lok Adalat. Ld. counsel for op no.1 has suffered a statement that insurance company has made payment of the claim amount to the complainant in full and final settlement. Learned counsel for complainant has also suffered a statement that as per statement of learned counsel for op no.1,  he dos not want to further proceed with the present complaint and same may be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statements of learned counsel for op no.1 as well as statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn being compromised. File be consigned to the record room.
