                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainants subject to last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but today also none has appeared on behalf of complainants. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainants. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 25.01.2022 and since 11.10.2022 the complainants have already availed several opportunities including two last opportunities for their evidence but have failed to adduce any evidence and today none has appeared on their behalf. So, it appears that complainants are not interested to pursue further with their complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
