                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainant subject to last opportunity. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainant. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainant. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 18.10.2021 and since 29.04.2022 the complainant has availed several opportunities including two last opportunities to adduce evidence  but has failed to adduce his evidence and today neither complainant nor his counsel has appeared.   So, it appears complainant is not interested to pursue further with his complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
