On scrutiny of records, it appears that since 10.06.2024 the complainant was absent without steps. None appeared on behalf of the complainant. Therefore,  complainant was directed to show cause as to why the case shall not be dismissed and date was fixed on 11.07.2024.

On 11.07.2024 the complainant was again absent. The complainant was directed  showing cause and the date was fixed on 30.07.2024 .

Today, the complainant is also absent and no step is taken on her  behalf. Therefore, we have no other option but to dismiss the complaint.

that the present Consumer Complaint being No.42/2022  be and the same is dismissed for default .
