Statement of Sh.Rajiv Suri, Advocate Counsel for the Complainant recorded that compromise has been effected between the Complainant and Opposite Parties.  Therefore, Complainant does not want to pursue the present complaint against the opposite parties. As such, the present complaint may be dismissed as withdrawn as compromised.
