                        Power of attorney on behalf of complainant filed.

                        The counsel for complainant has made a statement that the matter between the parties has compromised.  Accordingly, the grievance of complainant has redressed. Affidavit of complainant to this effect  (Annexure CX) placed on record. Thus prayed for withdrawal of the complaint.

                        In view of the statement, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn being fully settled.  Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned, as per rules.  File after due compliance be consigned to the record room.
